He led me to my ultimate machine, the German-made SEBO, which I had never heard of previously, and I determined to buy from him when I was ready, and went home and did more research on the brand to confirm the choice. His price was better then the best I saw anywhere online, and his service promise and info were fantastic. He is very professional and efficient, and even gave us a carpet scent tub as a gift, because my boys were eyeing when we were in the shop. Will definitely return!
